Default Sticking rear brake

Hi , I have changed rear pads and discs because one side was sticking.
after changing them the same side is still sticking and gets red hot after only driving a few miles .
When putting new pads on the piston in the caliper wound back easy so shouldn't be sticking on ??
Any ideas ?
Thanks .

you probably have a rotted caliper. get a rebuilt one and swap it. might have to pay a shop to bleed the system properly through software tools. may as well replace the brake fluid at that point.
