So i got my Lexus CT200h 2013 and im trying to pair it with the Lexus Enform app, i registered and it told me that i have to add a vehicle, i entered the VIN number and added a nickname but it kept telling me that there's an error and it cannot be paired to that application, i searched that problem on yout*be but nothing could help me, is there anyone who can help me to solve this problem :/?

 

I don't think Lexus had the Enform stuff till after 2013, so your car would use the previous generation apps. What are you trying to use it for?

 

I have a 2013 CT200h with NAV/Premium package/Luxury package or whatever package/options that were available. It did not have FSport package bc I would have to give up one of the packages.

Anyway I have Lexus EnForm app running on the CT200h with my Android phone (my wife and kids have iPhones) without any problems.

Just make sure to delete all the phones on the CT200h EnForm to start with a clean slate.

Also DO NOT DOWNLOAD the LATEST version of EnForm as it will not work with the 2013 CT200h. Several months ago I got a new Android phone and I downloaded it and spent several days trying to make it work and called Lexus EnForm. After a couple of hours they told me it is not compatible. So I deleted it from my phone and downloaded the prior version of EnForm AND DELETED ALL PHONES ON THE CT200h Navigation screen/EnForm. Then it all worked!!!

As stated, there are two Enform app versions. Be sure to get the original version, not the one labeled Enform App Suite 2.0. I have had it working fine on Android and Apple since getting my 2013 new. Just set everything up at https://www.lexusenformappsuite.com/login.jsp. (I was trying to hook up my 2018 NX via the old app for half a day before figuring that out there was a new version...)

If all else fails, Lexus has technology specialists available to assist at dealerships. A good dealer would assist you, even if you did not buy a car from them.
