Default Just picked up brand new CT

Was looking for a commuter car as I bought RC F couple of months ago and was putting crazy miles on the RC F.

So my sale man told me they have crazy incentives from Lexus and dealer is giving discount on top of it.

So I decided to pull the trigger and bought this CT.

I roughly got over $10k off the msrp. But I have bought many Lexus from that dealership.

Lexus is currently offering like $5500 rebate on these cars. Dealers generally don't move them, so if you find one you like, you can definitely get it for a steal.

If you're a commuter, its a great car. Hypermiling is one of the most fun games you can play.

How are these cars not moving? I see at least a handful each way on my commute every single day here in Hawaii and the dealer is always sold out. I see them in California every day too.

I have only seen 4 other CT's beside ours in Birmingham, AL. My wife gets excited when we actually see another CT

Same here. I see lots of CT's in Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside counties. So far from January - September Lexus has sold 11,132 CT's this year and will sell lots more during the December to Remember sales event...

Relatively low gas prices spur these incentives. I bought my F Sport last July with 3,800 miles for 20K. It was a consigner who rather manipulative. I said the CT was an oddity in the automotive world. I said most people who want a hybrid will buy a Prius, and Lexus buyers will buy a "LS" type large car. I offered him 20K, down from 27K asking price. He called 5 days later to accept my offer.
