Hey Guys and Gals,

I just got a 2014 CT F-Sport with Nav.

I've been getting dropped phone calls that would either drop the call entirely or loss connection via blue tooth and reconnect again. It's quite annoying and I wanted to know if anyone else is having this issue ?

My phone set up:

Nexus 4 with T-Mobile

I'll have issues when leaving/returning home b/c my phone will pick up/drop wifi. Other than that, I havent had any problems (unless I'm driving in an area that I've always dropped calls).

doesn't happen on mine with iphone 5s w/ tmobile on 2013 CT

 

I have an iphone with ATT in Denver...no dropped call issues here

 

I've had 2 different phones hooked up to my car so far. First was a Motorola Droid Razr Maxx. The text message feature didn't work well but calls were fine. Next up is my current Droid Maxx. (I skipped the Razr HD Maxx) I now have the text integration going and still no dropped calls.

 

My s3 has never had an issue, but my hubby's Note 3 has this issue, it randomly drops blue tooth connection and then connects again. We've had no issue with the texting functionality.

 

I have a 2014 w/o nav, iPhone 5 with verizon and have had no problems at all. Good luck in solving your issues.
