Default No Files Found on USB

So I've finally got around to get a neat 64gb thumbdrive and transferred over 30GB of music onto it.
Problem is that when I plug it into my CT200 2013 Model, I get the "No Files Found" message :-/
They are 99.2% mp3 (some are .mwa files) and all are sorted like this:
main thumbdrive folder/artist name - album name folder/mp3 files.
Very simple and straight to the point.

Any suggestions what I might be doing wrong?

Sidenote: when I got the thumbdrive, I did a quick format (FAT) before transferring the mp3. Could that be an issue?

Please help.
Thanks!!!!

I think I got it.
When attempting to format the thumb drive I only got 2 options: NTFS or exFAT.
Upon doing more search, I've stumbled upon info that it must be formatted FAT16 or FAT32
(both of the options that were not available through a traditional/easy method of formatting the thumb drive: MyComputer/rightclick/format).

I am currently reformatting it to FAT32 through cmd.
Will update once it's done if it had worked with step-by-step guide!

Default Fixed it

Problem:
I guess purchasing a 64GB thumb drive to play music off of it in my CT200h was a bit too optimistic
FAT32 is for a 32GB storage device maximum.. Anything bigger can only be in NTFS or exFAT format which both are not accepted by Lexus.

Solution:
Partition and reformat the device.
After some googling, I found a free software (for PC) that allowed me to create a partition and reformat the drive. I did with the help of "EaseUS Partition Master 9.2.2"
(NOTE: please be careful where you look for it and make sure you click the right check boxes when installing it to avoid annoying search engines and bugs).

I've partitioned it one to be a 32GB FAT32 drive and the second partition for now is just NTFS.
Hope this helps to those who made the same optimistic decisions like me

Cheers!

You can do a full FAT32 format of a large drive using a freeware program called "guiformat".

Couldn't do it without creating a 32gb partition.
