I've got the itch to drive something faster...Don't get me wrong, I love the CT but it is too tame for me. Add the fact that I've drove nothing but manual transmissions my whole life, this automatic/CVT transmission is boring to say the least.

I'm looking to get myself into an Audi A3 manual 6 speed turbo, but a part of me wants to stay...I don't know yet.

Its a 1.8 ltr hybrid. You knew it was slow before you even got into it lol! I do like the A3 and before getting the CT that was 1 of the few in the running for my next car. Lol a LFA no offense but if 1 has LFA money they wouldnt even consider a CT just saying.

 

x2, also if you've got LFA money you're not even remotely worried about MPG. LOL. A3 is what I'm considering as a my slightly environmentally conscious daily driver. I just need to get over Audi/VW's crappy interior quality when compared to the price ranges.

 

If anything, maybe look into getting a new 2014 is350 F-sport.

Sorry to hear that you're not too happy with your CT but if the Audi A3 makes you happy then go for it. Too bad Lexus doesn't have a CT 300h with more power for the enthusiasts.

 

Can you buy the A3 new? When I called Audi, they told me they were in limited production and if you couldn't get it in September of 2012, you couldn't get them. I love that little car.

 

Plenty of decent used deals out there for A3s, I was recently looking.

 

So what did you get in place of the ct?

All this talk of Audi is reminding me of what Jeremy Clarkson said on Top Gear, where he said that now it was safe to buy a BMW since all the "*****" have moved on to Audi.
