I've been leaning on doing this for a while now...

Here is an actual product from the JDM manufacturer AXELL



Now that carbon fiber center section that flushes the upper grill with the lower grill is what im talking about. That piece is roughly $500 US, but the only thing that bothers me is that the only finish it comes in is carbon fiber.

Now I'm ok with carbon fiber if I had other carbon fiber accessories, but I don't. It's going to look really weird with that being the only piece in carbon fiber. I don't want to paint over the finish in gloss or flat black as that would defeat the purpose of getting it in carbon fiber...

I was thinking about getting it professionally vinyl wrapped in gloss black. (Since my whole roof is done is gloss black already) It would be a seamless transition. Here are some booty before and after pics of what it'll look like:

Id say wrap it along with the silver grill trim to match

A+ Love it. I did this with carbon fiber wrap on my RX F-Sport and now that I see how good it looks on your CT, I'm tempted to do it on my CT as well.

When I ask the general public "yay or nay" I am asking for opinions/input/criticism BEFORE I do something. Example: vote or a poll, weights and measures

When I say, "It's too late, it's already being done" and show pictures of finished results, it means I did it already.
