Well here is how it looks. Overall I am happy with it. It kind of adds a little elegance to the dash area. It doesn't match perfectly but I believe it does compliment. When sun is on the seats and the trim piece it is a nearly perfect match. When sun is not on the dash piece it is a bit darker. There is a natural variation in the wood that looks like a spot that is visible in at least one of the pictures below. This really is not bothersome in person. I will say I don't think I would like this if I had a full black interior. I think it would stick out too much with nothing to blend into,

I think that it does compliment the interior. I like it. Where did you get it and how much?
Does it have the 3m backing? Easy to install?

If you have time, could you post a picture?

I ordered mine from Sewell Lexus Parts. They have a discount for board members if you enter the board name and your user name. It was $167 with shipping. It came in four days via fed ex. Some may say not worth it. It's a personal choice, I like it. I simply could not decide between bamboo and this one. I think the bamboo is slightly lighter than the interior, the ash burlwood that I got is slightly darker. Very easy to install. Grab the end of the current black trim pick and pull up quickly and firmly to release the black trim and pop in the new trim.

that looks great

i think you made a good choice. the bamboo is significantly lighter than the burl wood and has a different grain to it. i think the burl looks like it's "supposed" to be paired w/ the caramel.

either are good choices if you are wanting to spruce up the cabin though. the black plastic just didn't do it for me.

That looks very nice. That darker trim complements the caramel seats very well.

I like the color of the bamboo wood trim, easy to install and should definitely be part of the car.

Thanks everyone. After driving the car a couple days now with it installed, I really like the trim piece. Simple and understated but it dresses up the dash a bit. I guess I have always had cars with wood trim so this is the look I like.
