Noticed in some pictures that on some vehicles I see a 'Lexus' logo (spelled out) on the drivers side of the rear hatch under the lamp. Looked and mine doesn't have that, just the CT200h on the passenger side. Anyone elses like this?

 

In 2011, all Lexus vehicles have their name badge removed on the left side in the us and Canada too, I believe.

 

They figured by now, people can tell what the Lexus logo looks like without it being spelled out. Neither BMW nor Mercedes has the text spelled out on their cars except really small on some of their logos.

 

It makes it easier to distinguish the 2010s from the 2011 mOdels.

 

I think the car looks cleaner without the Lexus spelled out!

 

All North American Lexus models have the "LEXUS" name deleted from all the cars for MY2011. All the other markets retain the "LEXUS" name badging as seen here on a Euro-spec CT that I drove at the global press launch in France last year:
