Sorry but Japan or Canada the plants are all damn good. Japanese plants have issues like Canadian plants (valve spring recall cough cough).

Since the Canadian plant has opened the RX has continued to win quality awards and sell like hotcakes. Its a great plant.

Not at all but i'm pretty convinced the Kyushu version of the RX is better than the Cambridge built ones. Just look at how the seam sealer is applied to the floor pan and the rear body panels on a Japanese vs Canadian built RX. Those are just small details most people dont see or pay attention to (but we enthusiasts will). The difference is night and day.

If you want to generalize it, yes no car company is immune to flaws. Lexus is better than most. The stats prove it.

I have to say that this is one Lexus that has caught my attention. I totally agree with the first year issue thing.

07 camry's had the worst tranny issues with the v6... The fit n finish on a 11 camry is soooo much better than the 07... One can actually notice it!!

Another thing, please don't say that Toyota/Lexus has better interiors.. They actually have the worst interiors in their respective categories!!

After all the posts I will have decide if it is big enough for a 6' 4" body.
Also without my AWD here in Wisconsin I may be in trouble next winter.

If you have a chance to come to the Chicago Auto Show, the CT will be there to check out.
