Default HVAC Code 43 Windscreen fog

I just acquired my first CT200h, a 2014 base and I have HVAC code 43. The windscreen always seems to fog up and there is always air coming from the vents for the windscreen no matter what setting its on causing it to fog. I've tried resetting the codes with no luck, there is always air going to the vents on top and when its on foot or face position, it results in weaker air flow since a lot of it is going to the windscreen.

Is there a servo motor to replace that is common on these, any help would be appreciated.

Different model, same logic. Could be bad wiring or a bad sensor

Well I reset the code and nothing has come back so far. I think it's just a quirk of the car and I wasn't used to the HVAC system on a humid day. I took the cabin filter out and cowl assembly where the wipers are and everything is working correctly. I can see the recirculate flap close when it should and all the servo motors moving as you change the positions. It just seems Lexus chose to have air come out the windscreen vent when you have the setting on the face vents.

To prevent the moisture from building up on the bottom of the windshield when using the AC on recirculate, you just need to have it on the feet position because it is the only setting to close the vents going to the windshield. Od design but on my NX300, it's the opposite where the face vents don't blow air on the windshield but when you put it on the feet position, the windshield vents are open and it will start to condensate at the bottom of the windshield.
