Accessory versus On position
If I push the Power button once without depressing the brake, does that put the car into the "accessory" position (the radio turns on, but the dash is off)? When I press the Power button a second time without depressing the brake, the dash lights up, but the engine is still off. Is this the "run" position? What's the difference, and why does it do that?
Can I make the car go from the "engine is running" position to the accessory position, or do I need to turn the car off first?

Pushing the button once (without depressing the brake pedal) puts it in Accessory mode where only certain features are powered. Pushing the button again (without depressing the brake pedal) turns everything on without starting the car/engine/hybrid system. Both of these options run everything off of the 12v battery. Pushing the button again turns everything off. This is the cycle and there is no other way to cycle through the options (so no you can't go backwards from On to ACC without going through Off first). If you want to turn the car on, depress the brake pedal and push the button.
