i just got a ct200h 2012 168.000 km / 104.390 miles , its getting serviced before i get the car.
its always been maintained bye following the lexus factory maintenance schedule
i posted on reddit if the car has issues and they told me about Head gaskets and EGR issues.
if i understand correctly just clean the egr and replace the gaskets and i shouldnt have the wurry abou the head gesket and egr or is ther anything els i missed.
i saw video of this person also installing oil catch can
EGR cooler and EGR valve clean, EGR ports which are molded into the intake manifold (it'll be obvious where these are once you pull the intake), PCV valve. Engine coolant, Inverter coolant, brake fluid bleed, clean hybrid battery cooling fan. A catch can probably wouldn't hurt, either.
If you opt for engine coolant, you could do a water pump 'while you're in there.' Generally, you should get a CEL once it begins to fail, but you could also get ahead of it. Mine began to fail around around 180k kms.
To add to what @morganc already mentioned, the Toyota "pink car coolant can last up to 100,000 miles or 10 years for the factory fill, and needs to be changed every 60,000 miles or 5 years after that."
I would definitely change the (expensive) coolant and water pump as it can turn acidic over time which can place additional wear to the head gasket. I've seen plenty of people post their water pumps failing shortly over 100K and I personally replaced mine (Toyota 161A0-29015) at 113K (check engine light/code P261B). You might be able to source a Aisin (OEM) water pump for cheaper.

The oil catch can can help reduce blow-by that can clog up the ports reducing the EGR flow. Every oil change/5K, I usually empty >1oz of fluid within the OCC.
