im kinda lost on what the difference between all these units is...i have an iphone 5 and have an 08 isf with ML...my car isnt equipped with sirius xm but i would like that too

Both SL3i and MML are compatible with iPhone 5. SL3i will need a lightening adapter though.

You can choose between SL3i and MML for iPhone 5 integration. And you can choose between SL3x and SL3s for SAT radio integration, depending on whether you like XM or Sirius. Then two adapters you choose will daisy chain on the back of your radio to give you functionality for both. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
