I placed an order for a couple of keys from Frank's Locksmith (https://www.clublexus.com/index.php/link/category/8/) over two weeks ago. I received a confirmation from them along with a 4-5 day estimate on when I should receive my keys. I've left two messages and emailed them at least 5 times but have not received any response whatsoever.

I'm not sure if anybody else has had this type of an experience with them.

Any other recommendation on a source for keys?

Welcome to our forums. I've put a message out to Tami from Franks for you.

Tami is ususally very dilligent about getting online and provides excellent service from what I've heard from other members, but she hasn't been on in almost two weeks.

Frank's Locksmith is located in a coastal area of Florida, and I suspect the recurring hurricanes may have caused some issues. I'll update this post when I hear from Tami.
