If that is 3IS specific
one is Camber adjustment and the other is Toe adjustment
but adjusting camber can play role in changing toe and vise versa

From their website, both are called camber arms. I wonder if that would fix the whole rear tire wear issue.

Let me correct myself
Actually looking at the website, it looks like the other arm is for a 2IS to adjust camber for the rear

I was incorrect in calling it Toe adjustment arm in my previous post. I mistaken it for like our (3IS) TOE arm as it looks like the same shape and design.
