As mentioned I am going to give them another try, but I am sure not ready to join their fan club as so many of you seem to have. I would still recommend anyone follow up on your car when you get it back, ie check your oil level, and a thorough inspection before you leave.

Good Luck

Just a simple recommendation, and take it with a grain of salt. But from experience I would suggest you check your fluid levels, misplaced fasteners, and for missing parts. All of which has happened to me at Westminister so consequently my cars now go to Son at Dynamic Automotive in nearby Midway City.

Best of Luck,

Gary

Unless you know the tech working on the car, as consumers, it does you well to verify the work. When I had the Toyota, I had the service advisor request the same technician preform the work. That guy was thorough and I knew it was no worries in his hands.

The service advisors come and go but if the tech is still there, it doesn't matter who writes the work order up. These are the front men...some are tech knowledgeable, others know the basics...they are there to give you courtesy treatment.

Why wouldn't you be able to? You're the paying patron and money talks.

The car will tell you to take it to the dealer on the nav screen. It won't let you forget either since it reminds you every time you get in the car.

Which service are you referring to?

i went to lexus of westminster and Charlie was able to help me fix the interior dash rattle issue. Really nice guy and seems to be knowledgeable about our cars. Kudos to Charlie n the excellent service offered at Westminster. My gf plans on getting a new RX n im thinking of taking her there to get one.
