Anybody got hook ups on cheap paint jobs?
I want to paint me ES250 either gloss black or gun metal gray. Doesn't need to be show room quality. Anybody know anybody who does cheap paint jobs and I'm don't mean Maaco.

do you mean cheap paint jobs that are quality or "you get what you pay for" cheap? if it's the second, craigslist is your best bet. but to make this post, i went to JJ Autoworks a few years back. i found them through craigslist and the end result was good. he paint matched my grille and spoiler, and shaved the rear emblem out on my mazda6. i thought his pricing was reasonable and the job was quality. he used quality paint and offers a warranty too. unless i get another recommendation, i am probably going to contact him to paint match the grille on my LS460...

If you want a Cheap Paint job and nothing else don't count out Maaco. They do a lot of painting so their painters are proficient at it. Now, if you wanted to throw in a bit of body work in there than I'd say forget them as that is were they are saving their money and doing cost effective repair work.
