Default WeatherTech Factory Store in Bolingbook- endless waiting

I stopped by the WeatherTech factory store in Bolingbrook last Saturday. It was a zoo, and there were only a few agents working. This is the norm for the WeatherTech store, as they have numbers you can take. When I arrived they were on 480. The number I pulled was 535!

Bottom line here is you should not visit the WeatherTech factory store unless you have a lot of time to kill., like 2 - 3 hours.

Wow that sucks. Thank god I know someone that works there.

Why don't you just order it online? What's the point in going to the actual store?

I've been to the store twice (nice place). Both times during the week. They were kind of busy but we were in and out pretty quick. Good tip to avoid it on weekends if possible.

The point of going to the store is to see what you want to purchase. There is a cargo mat for my car that I wanted to check out before purchasing. I have the RC F, and the picture online for the product shows a mini van. This is the link for the product:

Kind of pathetic. Thanks for nothing WeatherTech.

I would think it's better during the week. As long as you can drive there when the traffic is light.

I stopped by there a few times, once in 2014 and once this Christmas. Back in 14, I was in and out in 10 minutes on some random day in May. On a few days before Christmas, I waited a good 30-40 minutes before I got called, and then another 20-30 after that. At least the food/drinks in their cafe was pretty decent. Would of thought the long lines would of ended though by now. If you live right there, or are in the area, it's not a bad idea to stop at the store, otherwise, just buy them online. I'm sure the lines will end soon at least.

Winter in general is a bad time to go there. Unless you go during the week during normal business hours (10-6pm).
