ISX50 Exhaust swap?My LFS for your stock - In Schaumburg
Hey guys new to the board!!! Hope this didn't need to go into the sale section, i just figured this was more local to Chicago(Mods please move if necessary)
I have an 2007 IS350 that i bought certified from Woodfield Lexus and the previous owner had the (LMS?) exhaust installed at the dealership when the car was purchased brand new. The car was originally purchased and resided in Florida. To make a really long story short, i will be using my car to occasionally take out a client and feel that this exhaust is a little bit to "sporty" sounding for my intended purposes. I personally really like the exhaust and I get compliments on it all the time. Funny thing is i don't really even notice it, yet its one of the first things my friends noticed and complimented me on when i bought the car. Go figure... LOL
The car has 50K on the ODO, and i was looking for someone with a 2011/2012 250 or 350 with stock exhaust that would be interested in trading, Obviously we would have to meet up, at a Lexus dealership or somewhere where we could have them swap the exhaust. I figured this would be a good opportunity for someone to save some money that was planning on buying the exhaust anyway and plus then they don't have to have there stock sit in the garage while they try to sell it online and have a million people ask them to ship it to another state LOL(Plus who really has a box sitting around there house that would fit the exhaust????)
If there is anyone interested please let me know and we can talk specifics and price

PS Ive been looking at these cars for almost a year, soooooo happy i finally pulled the trigger!!! Loveeee this car!!

I am interested but I'm not sure that you would want mine? I have a 2006 IS350 that I got a couple of months ago that has 114k on it. I have the stock exhaust on it and have been looking for something aftermarket. An easy thing to do to make the exhaust newer is change the tips on the OEM system. Some people do the Honda S2000 AP2 tip that comes stock, or Lexus has other tips that will fit right on the the OEM exhaust. Are you looking for a straight trade or some money on top as well? I am located around Palatine.
