too bad theres no place near the loop for a meet, theres a dominicks near the south loop with a huge lot but im pretty sure if the turn out is big we will get kicked out

How Bout My Dealership For A Meet?
Hey everyone! Alpha Motors is in Westont just west of Rt.83 on Ogden. I have different organizations from Westmont High School every Saturday doing complimentary(small donation..haha) car washes for the public. After they wash, members are more than welcome to detail their vehicles on the lot. We also BBQ for the staff and customers, so a grill will be available if everyone can chip in for food. Our lot is pretty big for everyone to park. What do you guys think? Any ideas for this day please post them. My lot is your lot guys.

It's a little bit of a hike, maybe I could drop the wife off at the outlet mall and I'll swing on by...

I think we should have our guys there (tint/dent/ect) but Im down either way. Just give me a few weeks so I have something semi nice to show up in.
This way we have a few chipping in for the group. Food is easy for us all to grab stuff. Would be nice to see some raffles and stuff as we did at busse woods. I wont be of help getting this one organized but Im down for seeing everyone.
Organizing events is what I do best..haha! I used to throw the best scion shos/events at oak brook Toyota and was one of the top scion managers in the nation. If the moderator can coordinate the head count and food/drinks i can take care of my end.
