Looking to sell an iPod and never have before.

If I leave the songs on it and sell it as a package will the songs work Any suggestions or advice wold be appreciated. I was hoping to sell with songs since the iPod probably wont go for much.

The only problem is say I buy it...I hook it into my iTunes...It will tell me that it is link to another library so it will want to delete everything and reload my stuff.

I wouldn't worry to much about the music. What are you selling BTW?

Its an iPod Silver Nano, 4gb. works great for the little I used it. I think it has 400 songs on it?

just my 2 cent but if you connect your ipod just check the manual management .. and your go to go.. i have been doing that for year putting music on other peoples ipod with no isssue

So you able to take the music off the iPod that came from another library...and put it onto your computer?

Because for me to do that...I have to use a 3rd part program.

not to take music out but put music from my library to other ipods without erasing the ones on there unit as for extracting your collection without erasing i have used in the pass Anapop CopyGear

Oh well...My son has a nicer iPod then dad does so will toss it on the computer desk and use it for a paperweight. I figured it wasn't worth anything.

I'll buy it been looking for one of these because they are the best gym ipods. Shoot me a pm and maybe we can work out a good price or trade!

Also even if you check manually manage music, if you bought the music throught the itunes store it will still be unauthorized to play on someone elses computer unless you give them your itunes login

don't feel bad i still rock a 3gen ipod 10gig with the 4 button under the screen.. i also own a itouch as well and like 5 other mp3 player and i still go back to the 3gen cause it has better d/a converter music sounds fuller and stronger than other mp3 i own

may just be better to keep for the gym and places I wont have to worry about it.
