I was on the way to the mini-meet @ Mikes, All of the sudden I go over a pothole (which I tried to avoid) and hear a really loud noise (metal to cement). Immediately after my steering wheel jerks to the left!! I knew the wheel/tire was ***********. I pull over and behold the damage!! I just put these wheels on and the back of the lip is bent bad and on top of that the rim is cracked!!! Lately my car has been BAD LUCK. Sorry for not making it.. Took the rim to Wheels America for repair. I have to rock the "yellow" doughnut till Monday. POTHOLES

Sorry Neil dot worry that you didnt make it there will be many more. You want to swap out the rims from my car on Monday night? Then you can use those for now?? I can meet you after I get out of work if that helps just text me. Now I am afraid to put 20" rims on my car. :UGH:

 

thats the reason why I took my 22's off, They were taking a beating on these roads. I was swerving all over the place daily to avoid them.

...and this is why I'm actually contemplating getting rid of my 19's. It's too hard to have nice, big rims on these garbage streets. Thank God I have the winter setup on half of the year.

Throwing on my 19s today after work. Glad my route to work doesn't have many potholes.

 

The Chicagoland area has the worst roads in the country. Highest taxes per city limits too, go figure.
