you could have a bent tie rod, or also have thrown your alignment off.
you're looking at an at least 100+ fix.

+ the rim

If you're lucky, then an alignment will do the trick.

I hit a curb going 30mph and it cost me $600 to fix on my 05 Civic

alignment would be like 100 bucks, but if you bent a control arm or tie rod or the wheel, i would also guess $600

doubt it.
I bet you it's most likely either control arm/and or outer/inner tie rod.
get a quote from a mechanic or bring it by my shop to get a look-see.

We have a top of the line alignament machine http://www.kallemeyncollision.com/ and we deal with insurance or customer pays. I'll be in Bloomington Saturday but not sure if I can help.

Control arm/tie rod should be an easy job...as long as the frame isnt bent. Hard to tell from that pic but looks like the center of the wheel is not in the center of wheel well...

Those X-Package Wheels are quite expensive as well and are rarely on Ebay. Looks like over $600 at the dealer. It is sad to say, I feel that their is suspension damage. The struts on the 2gen are quite soft and damage easily.

My friend and I might be able to take a look at it. If it is a bent control arm (from the description, it probably is), contact Aliga or that other guy that sells parts off a junk yard and swap them out. I bet the shocks/springs are still good.
