Just like the title says does club lexus members get discounts at lexus dealers, like woodfield or anywhere else? Im trying to get a remote start put in on my mom's RX, woodfield wants 499 seems steep. Any help would be great thanks.

 

do you specifically want the dealership's remote start? idk if you want to make the trip to chicago, in bridgeport area where white sox field is around. my uncle does alarms and he's been in the business for more than 15 years doing this stuff. he does compustars and vipers and other brands for under 450 installed (and the 450 one is the compustar two-way remote 1mile radius). cheapest i think he has installed is 250. average and decent alarm would run around 350-375? PM me if you are interested. it takes him about 3 hours to do it. everyone around the area goes to him. in addition to that, he also has one of the best prices compared to other people that sells and installs them. hes the guy that knows what hes doing.

 

She doesnt care about an alarm just a remote start. She has a 100 off cupon for woodfield lexus thats why i was seeing if i can go cheeper than that with a cl discount. As for the city she wouldnt drive down there i would have to, but thats all depending on the cost and time for a basic remote start.

 

I would avoid the dealer. The vast majority of the time, they outsource these things and make hundreds simply by having it done on the property.

 

We tried to setup some connections with the dealers but nothing concrete came out of it.

I just had mine done for under 350 and he does solid work. They are in Schaumburg if you want the info pm me. Figure 3 hours or less for them to install. They just did both my cars and great work! They did my past several cars and no problems ever!

I work at a dealer and we have a guy that comes out and does them on our property. On the side he charges $250, but I dont think its some good brand alarm/remote start.

im at bredemann toyota, but we have a lexus dealer a few mins away. Im not sure who they use for their alarms, but I visit the parts guys daily over there.

 

this is who does the work for me. Call Mark the owner and you can use my name, tell him Mike with the Red Lexus sent you. You are looking any where from 250$-350$ for the install. Depends on the car you want it done on. I stand behind his work for 7+ years and he does some work for the Lexus/Acura dealer here and there also.
