What area do you live in? If you are just looking for a deal, I am sure that people can help you out. Probably the more remote you go the better deal you will find.

I bought mine at Bredemann in Glenview. I had a hard time dickering with these guys because of their location, but the dealership is something to see. Best experience I have ever had buying a car. You have to consider the dealership as a long term investment.

 

Whatever you do, do NOT go to Lexus of Naperville. They have perfected the art of ripping people off. I'm dead serious too.

I have 2 good friends who work for them on the floor and EVERYTIME I was interested in a GS, they would never come off their asking price because their used car manager knows that they're in Naperville and that he can get what he wants for their cars. Btw, I used to work sales for them and was disgusted by the owners. Everytime I would say hello to the owner, he would look at me and keep on walking right by as if his crap didn't stink. He's known for doing that. I've heard SOOOO many employees complain about the way they're treated there. I would NEVER advise anyone to go there.

Another real cool guy in service is Steve Buschell (sp?) One of the nicest guys I have run across, I dont deal with anyone but him.

 

I went to the dealership on monday to look at the 250. way impressed with the cars quality. im going back on sat to look again and maybe take one for a test drive. The guy i met was joel d levin but he didnt seem to eager to help. Maybe because im young or maybe he just didnt want to nag me like most sales people do. Id like to pick it up on sat if there willing to sell at a decent price if not ill just wait until i get back from overseas. Thanks for the suggestions! I might have to check out paletine lexus as well. I live out in woodstock.

so I went to woodfield and we came an agreement of 31,200 for a 07 is250 rwd premium package. nothing fancy just your basic model. Good deal?
