Well, what type of work are you looking at getting done?

Either way Larry and his crew do GREAT work, and he stands by his work 110% I would consider them to be an extremely reputable shop.

No shop is perfect
What you should care about is if they stand by their customer and fix mistakes if any occur.
SP does that rather well.

Thanks for the responce- it echos what I have heard from other sources. That is why I''m having them do a custom turbo install on my '98 GS, but a 3 week project has now stretched to 6 and its making me a liitle squirrelly. If any of you guys are in the area, swing by to have a look- any comments would be welcome.

etnarp,

A few weeks back Larry was showing me your project I've seen it a couple times since, and its gonna be a sweet GS. Seems that there are a good amount of custom things on the car to make that intercooler fit, change routing on the ac lines, bumper support, etc.. they also did an awesome job at your custom intercooler and intake piping. When all said and done, you won't even remember the 6 weeks you waited for the car to transform

What size turbo did you decide to go with again?

Chris

I have talked with Larry a couple times about my car. The thing I respect most about Larry is that he treats me (and everyone) with respect. When I talk to him he doesn't treat me like a 20 year old kid that is dreaming. He takes what I say seriously and to me that is wonderful since it isn't like that everywhere.

If you would like some reviews go over to supraforums and go under shop reviews, or just search under shop reviews for sound performance.

Great shop!

etnarp, hopefully we'll get to see your project in person when it's done. Quite a few of us is going to have turbos by spring or summer. Upcoming year should be interesting.

Chris

PS. So does that mean they have two GS3s at Sound Performance now? Sweet!

Let me do a search.

Another question, what are the turbo GS3 guys doing to make the transmission stronger?
