Default R.I.P. Ken Block

truly sad, but he also had a wife and three kids. Lia was very fun to watch and losing her dad at 16 is going to crush her.

Default Ken Block killed in snowmobile crash

i couldn't believe it when i saw this :(

On January 2, 2023 at approximately 2:00 p.m., the Wasatch County 911 Center received a call reporting a snowmobile accident in the Mill Hollow area. Search and Rescue, along with law enforcement from Wasatch County Sheriff's Office, Utah State Parks and the U.S. Forest Service responded The driver, Kenneth Block, 55-year-old male out of Park City, Utah, was riding a snowmobile on a steep slope when the snowmobile upended, landing on top of him. He was pronounced deceased at the scene from injuries sustained in the accident. Mr. Block was riding with a group but was alone when the accident occurred. The State Medical Examiner's Office will determine the official cause of death. We are saddened to hear of the loss of Kenneth and our hearts are with his family and friends so deeply affected. We thank all of our first responders for their continued service.
this is such sad news to any car enthusiast... he truly was the inspiration for an entire genre of videos and stunts

Both snowmobiles and ATVs are inherently risky by their design. They are often unstable, prone to tipping, and, if they do crash or upend, there is little or nothing to protect you. Essentially, you ride them and take your chances.

Sad news. I knew him as the Hoonigan 1,400 hp Mustang driver.

He was such an inspiration to me growing up skateboarding in the 90s. He was a founder of both Droors clothing and DC shoes. He helped pioneer skateboarding culture into the main stream. I'm still in shock 😞

Oh man!!! He was good! His Top Gear segment Drift London is the greatest segment they ever did. He did some nuts stuff that was super risky but he was master of it. Such a shame he died the way he did. It was unnecessary. So sad right now.

I read that this Mustang ended up with 1,400 hp. This one only (only) had 845. Wutta way to start the day huh?
