Believe me, I get it. Its a racket lol. But, its easy.
Service A:
Mercedes-Benz Synthetic Motor Oil Replacement
Oil filter replacement
All fluid level checks and corrections are dependent on factory-recommended service intervals for your vehicle’s year and model.
Tire inflation check and correction
Brake component inspection
Reset maintenance counter
The front and rear pads are to 4mm, they recommended replacement. $1,200 for new pads front and rear which for a luxury car dealer isn't horrible. I declined, I'm going to do some research into other brake options because the OEM ones dust so badly...
You also have to factor in you are getting a loaner car as well. And it’s a Mercedes
Well, I could rent a Ferrari for the difference lol. But, its all in one place vs dropping off, getting to the rental place, then getting back to the rental place and then getting back to the dealer. For instance, I'm home now and the car is done, we're going out to dinner tonight and we will just swing by the dealer in Bethesda on our way to dinner and get the car.
I just did an "A" service on my Audi Wednesday but I also did a rotation, cabin filter, and spark plugs while I was there. I do not want to know how much that would have cost me at the dealer lol! I spent $250 on parts

Yeah Audi parts are something else. OE front rotors for our Q7 are $350 EACH, and the wear sensors are $135. Even using aftermarket parts and doing all the work myself, it cost me $1139 to do the F&R brakes, vs. $504 on my BMW. I assume the dealer would have charged me 4 grand or so.
Just for grins I looked up what a set of front control arms costs. $3300. That's arms only, no balljoints, bushings, or hardware.
Yeah shopping around, the brake pads that everybody on MB World is talking about are less than $100 for all 4, so paying the dealer $1,200 just for pads seems pretty silly lol
