I'm not sure if we need another thread for everyone to chime in (again) about whether they like the spindle grill or not. I've seen most of the same posts above at least a dozen times... I did a quick search and one poster has mentioned spindle in 217 posts, at least half of them look to be negative like the above.
I am not gonna lie, when it is made into a pattern like that, it works nicely. It makes me wonder if/when Lexus are/going to be incorporating into their actual grilles.

I like the spindle grille on some cars more than others. It works on the RC, GS, and LC really well. I feel like it’s grown on me a lot over the years as I worked in a Lexus dealership for a few years and saw them all day long, every day. It looks better on darker colors to me, but cars like the LC pull it off in every color.
I remember when I first started working at my local dealership and asked one of the top salesman how big of a deal was the spindle grille when it came out. He said he lost a lot of his faithful RX customers, but gained a ton of new customers who loved the look. It was polarizing enough that it brought different customers in who likely hadn’t had a Lexus before. This salesman had been there longer than the others, so it was interesting perspective. The 2016 RX was a pretty big deal at the time.
That Lexus catalog was way longer than I expected. Now can Lexus do me a favor and sell me a new GS or worthy replacement ? LS is nice but I want something sporty that can be smooth and will fit 4 full size adults in a car.
