Looks like a Toyota Crown Majesta but don't recognize the headlight style.

It’s a Toyota only sold in Japan though. Can’t recall the model name.

Some of you old-timers will remember this one.......more or less an enclosed motorcycle with a single, forward-opening door. Early versrions had only three wheels...later versions, four.

Going to guess it's Chinese, but they have so many manufacturers that make knockoffs of other vehicles, can't tell what it would be. To me it kind of looks like a cross between a Buick & a Toyota/Lexus.
