The wiki didn’t explain the headlight situation and since they were only made from 1998-2007, the one originally posted must’ve been an earlier model than the 2001 below from wiki as the 2001 has a newer style grill.

Going to guess it's Chinese, but they have so many manufacturers that make knockoffs of other vehicles, can't tell what it would be. To me it kind of looks like a cross between a Buick & a Toyota/Lexus.
