What EV to replace RX450H?
I am definitely considering all BEV's with at least 300-350 miles of Range. I did like the E-tron when I test drove it, but the range of 222 miles and the price made me decide to look elsewhere. Also the Ioniq 5 and the Kia EV6 feel more like a hatchback than a true mid-size SUV. I was definitely considering the Genesis GV70 Electrified until I found out that the GV70 will only be able to achieve 285 miles of range. I guess I will have to wait to test drive the Nissan Ariya and the Cadillac Lyriq before I decide.

What EV does 350 miles?
If you are concerned about charging and trips, Model Y is really only choice.
The forthcoming Nissan Ariya CUV is theoretically much smaller than his midsize RX, but the Ariya does come in choice of 65 or 90 kWhr battery packs, and the latter can do 300 miles.

Personally, I am intrigued by the Mercedes Benz EQS SUV but I was very disappointed with the Mercedes EQC in regards to the range, price and the lack of innovative design. I definitely like the safety technology available in the Kia EV6 (Blind spot Monitor and the Heads up Display) along with the charging architecture (400 to 800kwh charging) but feel that the vehicle is still too small to fit my needs. I think my best bet would be to wait for the Hyundai Ioniq 7 or the Genesis GV90. Any additional recommendations?
Just as BMW i4 EV shares the RWD-based OKL ICEV platform with 4 Series liftback, Benz EQC SUV EV shares the RWD-based MRA ICEV platform with Benz GLC, hence fast to develop and cheap, but not so efficient.
Lexus does this with their subcompact SCUV UX300e EV by sharing Corolla's GA-C ICEV platform.
Benz EQS full size and EQE midsize in both sedan & SUV get Benz's dedicated EV platform called the EVA platform.

The RZ 450e should be around the same size as your 2011 RX 450h (which is smaller than the current 2022 RX 450h), but it looks like you are looking for a slightly bigger SUV with 300+ miles range.
Hate to say this, but that would be a BMW iX. Has the luxury, performance and range that most competitors do not offer in one package. But looks are subjective and pricey.

In regards to the BMW IX, I am not a fan of the overly large grill and I feel that the price is too high for the features that are being offered. I am hoping that the Cadillac Lyriq has more to offer.
