Technical Problems at the drivers.lexus.com Website
There are technical issues right now with the drivers.lexus.com website. I performed the 75,000-mile service on my wife's 2015 RX350 this morning. When I logged into the website to update my service history, it asked me for the VIN but would not accept it, simply stating "an error occurred". I called Lexus Corporate, they were unaware of the issue, they did some investigating, then called me back to say that their tech support team had begun working on it after confirming it is a system-wide issue. They hope to have it resolved within 24 hours.

I've been having issues with the VIN spec page for the past two weeks, get an error whenever I input a new VIN. I think they are changing things around because the interface is different. But the website as a whole in my experience isn't the most reliable.
Bumping a really old thread. Went to add service to update my DIY service and it just shows a screen with a white SUV and no option to add service. On the app it lets me add service, but when I go to submit it gives a syntax error. Anyone had luck recently adding service?
