I feel like I'm in an alternate universe. Thanks for the laugh 😃
Your old S isn't even all that fast so I'm not sure what you are confused by? Go for a ride in a TTRS with a tune an get back to me, they outrun the plaid....
Try and get a ride in a TT vette or R8 as well, it will redefine what you think fast is.
i would enjoy seeing a model s plaid trash every car you own.
meanwhile, back to the i7...
You see that's funny since if it's really just about speed like that there are so many combos that are faster I am seriously considering buying an older car just for the sake of having it in inventory to have a "faster than a plaid car"
Two of my cars are higher top speed than a plaid already so there's that....
None of those vehicles are as fast as a Plaid 0-60. TTRS is 1.4 seconds slower, R8 is a second slower. Not to mention my kids can’t ride in a TTRS or R8. You need to look up the definition of “gaslighting” because that’s what you’re doing here. The numbers are all out there for anyone to find. And no I don’t want to tune it and risk destroying my transmission or having to find 93 octane fuel on the road.
You will find no car you can buy that delivers the brutal acceleration of a Plaid. The fact that it’s a practical 4 door sedan is beyond hilarious.
They have an i7 in Bel Air that is the non M Sport, and in a color I like. I have to go to Baltimore on Wednesday for a happy hour, I may go a little early and go by and take a look at it.
That color looks good on the non-M Sport. I prefer the overall look especially the grill, of the non-M Sport. I had my 5 Series in for service a few days ago and the dealership had a 760 M Sport sitting outside. It looked like they were getting ready to pull it inside. I didn't get a chance to take a close look at it though.
I don't need a warranty but I would go with a TTRS to have a faster car.
If u don't need a warranty why not just soup up k24 awd civic? :P
Ps - my friend in his modified souped up rs3 ($50k+ in mods) vs my Zupra (both runs 9s at the track)... https://youtu.be/soT69xOcsKU . My plaid would smoke both of these cars 🤷
Back on topic - until there is an i7M, I think this i7 is relegated to cheuffer duties primarily (and I wouldn't mind being in the back watching that crazy screen!).

good for you, but what i wrote then is still probably true for now. i've no doubt that you can buy/create some modified fire breathing dragstrip monster. ev's have better traction control. better linear acceleration. no noise. no emissions. are more reliable. yes, the drivetrain (besides wheels, suspension, etc) isn't user modifiable, but i'm absolutely ok with that.

you'd catch a plaid after a few miles then at insane speeds.

I love you Striker, but you're out of your league. Sorry bud

Just like the S Class, almost everybody who buys these drives them themselves
