This imaginary ES wagon certainly looks OEM.

That looks very nice! It's too bad there isn't much of a market for wagons in the U S. Maybe in Europe?

They definitely forgot to add the typical Lexus wheel gap.

If they do a wagon tailgate, they may as well make it high riding too - the market is correct in regards to the popularity of SUV's.

A new Lexus wagon would be pretty cool.

Not bad....but IMO it would look a lot better (and probably ride a lot better) without the spindle grille and with some sensibly-sized wheels/tires. Those are awful.

Even with sensible wheels, though, I'm not sure it would sell in the U.S. Buick tried a similar Tour-X wagon several years ago, and dropped it for lack of sales. The First-Generation Toyota Venza (which was also a wagon with oversize wheels) didn't do particularly well, either. Neither did the Honda Crosstour. The Subaru Outback seems to be the only wagon in the U.S. that sells consistently.

Wishing we had the market here. The most recent Buick wagon was very handsome, but certainly no sales whopper. It's a shame.
