I would pay $5,000 for it. The tan interior is so ugly.

 

So many people quote BaT these days when selling their cars. I can't tell you how many cars I've emailed/called on where the person is like "if I put this on BaT I'd get far more than I'm asking." People don't realize that 1. your car has to be accepted to BaT - most aren't, and 2. BaT is an anomaly where most cars sell for far more than they're worth based on the market presence and emotions when it comes to bidding. BaT also almost always get the crème de la crème, though, that hasn't been the case since Doug DeMuro launced Cars and Bids + the explosion of the used car market. Cars and Bids actually sells cars at a more realistic price compared to BaT. Cars and Bids is also less picky when it comes to cars. They begged for my GS400 when BaT turned it down.

 

I sold my pretty nice 1991 LS400 for 2k with 198k on it about 5 years ago. I drove it for 16 years. When I told people I replaced it they said no way they were shocked. They couldn't imagine me giving it up. It worked so good for me for so long. It needed an evaporator for the a/c and one day I said it was time. Bought a used LS460 for 20k.
