Anyone refuse a shipment from Apexi?

I’m having cold feet on a part I ordered. It will be delivered tomorrow. They appear to have no return policy but say that if an order is refused, fees will will incurred. Anyone have experience with this?

fees will be incurred on your dollar so just accept the part since you already bought it. you can just resell it afterwards if you don't want it.
