It should have been designed as a ground-up EV and EV alone. The ultra-luxury market is where EVs can shine with their power delivery and quietness. Also, Rivian has proven that you can make EVs go off-road and do it well.
I really want to like this. I'm hoping more views of the interior in different trims helps the appearance.

Jaguar tried that with the XJ only to cancel it at the last minute because it wasn't competitive enough. Their other single attempt at a bespoke EV, the I-Pace, was wildly inefficient with poor range, even worse than some EV's at the time built on top of ICE platforms like the E-Tron crossover. Now they're trying to find another manufacturer willing to give them a different EV platform to use (at this point it'll most likely be BMW's).

only looks good with the brake lights on. All other times butt ugly.
I actually don't mind the exterior at all including the rear but I really don't like the tacked on ipad look of the infotainment screen. It may be one of the worst implementations of a screen I have seen.
