For my second lease with LFS (Lexus Financial Services), we got a book to choose a gift from. We got the Hamilton Beach standup mixer. Really nice, it looks just like the ones they have at bars too make smoothies with or milkshakes. They had (Fossil) watches, leather bags, other gifts, but this will get lots of use when entertaining at the new house.
