Have heard nothing but good news on both Carvana and Vroom (and Carmax for that matter) on the selling experience. Yes, the values will vary but this is a rarity to hear on a bad selling experience (not saying it doesn't happen)...

Just to note OP video is about a buying experience.

I could never buy a car without seeing it in person first. I know it's commonplace now, but read the reviews of these sites and you will see it's also commonplace for the car to not be as described. I find that most used cars aren't as described, but at least when you see it in person you can walk away and don't have to pay first. Even Tyler Hoover of Hoovies Garage seems to acknowledge this, as I've heard him mention in multiple videos that sellers didn't disclose issues with cars he's bought online. Obviously this is a risk you take anytime you buy a used car, but again, seeing in person first and getting a PPI can mitigate most that risk.

I have administered the sale of well into six figures in number of used cars and would agree 100% as to the point you make. People continuously degrade dealers as less than trustworthy but evidently decide if they don't have to actually see the dealer seller... that person is some different breed from the other dealers. They claim to be "money-back guaranteed" but then again you have to find them and hope they are trustworthy! Unless a professional in the business, nobody should ever buy a used car that they don't have inspected before purchase.
