This is common with Michelins, I have the same issue but to a lesser degree. Michelin has factories all over the world, and sometimes the end results are different. The front tires come from a factory in Thailand, the rears from a factory in the US.
The neighbors think I’m weird for many reasons, but vacuuming the garage is one of the big ones.
Probably not as weird as when I am vacuuming my backyard. I have those rubber "eco tiles" that look like pavers, and I am very meticulous about keeping them clean.

My advice - Keep'em
Lou
Putting the design variation aside, I'd also say keep them. I tried many tire brands over the years, and Michelins are always the best.
So I looked at them and sure enough the rears are made in France and the fronts are made in Thailand. I would think the design would be the same no matter where they were made.

I guess technically they are different designs because of the different tire size. Same brand name tire however. I think Toyota uses these types of tires in some of the cars. Didn’t know there was such a difference.
