Lexus Commercials/Marketing
Our greatest "curiosity"? Overly artsy, yet vague and shallow when it comes to actual car details. Feels more like an Obsession cologne ad from the 80s than a car commercial. Anybody else feel like their commercials and marketing seem a little boring and dated?
Not sure. They are for a different generation. Past Lexus marketing was all about the product, new stuff is about a “lifestyle” to what the brand can “provide”
most recent one of memory is the RX where the couple goes surfing...
some of the new ads for LS that come to mind have great looking men and women inside the LS or other cars with great clothing etc.

I'd much rather have the traditional vague and somewhat pretentious luxury car ad over the Tesla "non-commercial" modern method of flooding social media and getting random eastern European vloggers to open entire YouTube channels dedicated to worshiping Elon and trash-talking every other company they perceive as a rival.

Always did think (and probably always will) that the best Lexus ads were those done by James (Mr. Lexus) Sloyan...who, in reality, was an actor. Back then, however, a Lexus was a Lexus.....and built like it.

They're all over YouTube. The newest one I saw had the driver get into the car and get surprised by another person waiting for them in the back seat. There's some singing involved. I can't hit the skip button fast enough.
