You mean Lexus master Techs or ASE Certified techs? Lexus/Toyota Master Tech is an internal designation, I doubt there is any way to look that up. They are also only "certified" as long as they work at a Toyota or Lexus dealer. Once they leave, they don't stay "certified". My mechanic was a Lexus Master Tech, but thats not something that gets "renewed" now that he no longer works there. An ASE certification would follow a mechanic wherever he goes.

Assume you are talking about an active tech working at a Lexus dealer. They often will have their certificates displayed somewhere in the dealership.
