Lately I have noticed that the Durango, Charger, and Challenger drivers have taken over the a-hole crown from the BMW drivers. At least in NYC.

 

Where in NYC, though, can one actually use the Charger/Challenger's power? It's mostly bumper-to-bumper traffic, even on the Expressways.

 

They usually "show" us the power of their cars mostly on residential streets and any open stretches of highways or just by weaving in and out of traffic.

In my recent experience -- its the clueless hyundai / kia drivers. Either riding your ***... or sitting clueless in the left lane... oblivious to the stack of traffic they are holding up.

Prius (left lane bandit car), 3 series BMW (aggressive and apparently the 3s don’t come with turn signals), Altima (no explanation needed) and Tesla.

 

Yes, definitely, 3-series BMWs are high on the list (perhaps #2?), but Mustang GT/Cobra/SVT drivers take the cake......always have. Something about high-powered Mustangs invites aggressive driving...and part of it is just because there're so many of them. They are as popular, if not more-so, than the 3-series.

Now, to be honest and fair, there are many BMW 3-series and Mustang drivers who DO drive sensibly. My own pastor, for example, owns two black-on-black Mustang T convertibles...one from the early 2000s and one from the 90s. But too many Mustang jocks get carried away...and a number of them get hurt or killed.

 

Take a ride through Lakewood, New Jersey. ANY and EVERY make, model, year as it moves around town will win by a landslide!

 

Sometimes it’s fun to revive a 5 year old thread to insult the drivers of certain cars…?

 

My long-standing Lexus salesman in a low whisper voice: "I have to sell these things (RX, NX), but honestly, I just don't see what the appeal is whatsoever".

My biggest beef: Honda CRV, Toyota RAV4, and Mazda CX3. Every single driver of those things (whatever they are, miniature SUV, crossover, etc) drive so slow and are completely asleep at the wheel.

 

Well, your version of "slow" might be what a lot of other drivers consider safe and cautious.

 

Holding up everyone else around them and being in the wrong position is also known as a road hazard.

 

New winner. All 2024 BMW 7-series. They are all being bought buy ghetto gangster drug dudes driving twice the flow of traffic, cutting in and out of lanes, passing in the parking lane, with front window down to vent the weed smoke. And I mean ALL.

Any rental car driver in the state of Florida. Between looking at their phones & not knowing where they are going they are accidents waiting to happen.
