That might be true for some but for me this car rocks, I'm sure Tesla isn't the only car your friend wouldn't purchase.

CPO buying experience isn't the greatest, first find a car on their website, ask for pictures. If you like what you see then put down your $2500 deposit, without seeing the car in real life until delivery. Not seeing the car before delivery isn't for everyone, once delivered inspect the car. If any problems found alert your delivery person and sales advisor you worked with. Tesla is pretty good at making any corrections that need to be done, took about 3weeks from the time I made the deposit until the car was delivered. Whoever owned the car before took good car of it inside and out. Hope this helps.

Tesla quality control is getting much better. I just had my Model 3 Xpelled and asked the guy to help identify any paint and panel gap issues. He said it looked really clean and the newer ones from factory are pretty good.

Plus I've been pulling away from cars at such an easy rate, it's addicting. ICEs are too slow to compete.
