Welcome to CL as a new poster.
Check on the lower front door-jamb on the driver's side. With most vehicles, there will be a plaque (or sticker) showing the manufacturer, date of manufacture, country of manufacture (but not necessarily the specific plant, which is on the window-sticker) original tire-size, recommended tire PSIs, and other data. The "J" in the VIN shows that final-assembly was done at a Japanese plant, but that specific components may have come from somewhere else.
This is for American-spec cars...I notice you are in South Africa, so their laws for the info printed on new vehicles may be a little different.
{Sample sticker...not for your specific vehicle)
