Front driver side whine

Hi all

Yesterday my 2000 is200 started making a whine from the front drivers side, sounds like from behind the wheel. Does it when moving and stationary.

Anyone have any ideas or had this issue?

Is your car a right-hand-drive model? IS200s were not sold in the U.S.
