Problem at dealership.
There is a camber bolt, camber nut, and a nut so yea the bolt could be going through the toe arm or whatever it is called not straight. I don't know if that was necessary to get the alignment correct? Here's the setup.

edit - I see what you mean now the camber bolt is not flush with that mounting point on the frame shouldn't be like that.

My LS430 is a bit troublesome with the rear negative camber. If I understand it, the toe can compensate a little, but the arms come in differing lengths and a control arm would be replaced to adjust...
My mileage is currently at 65,000 miles. When I lowered the car and installed the 19 inch wheels and tires I had the alignment done then at 21,000 miles
during spring summer and fall this is my second vehicle. During winter I run stock 17 inch with blizzaks everyday.
Northwest Ohio has some of the worst potholes.

So I picked up the car. The service adviser was very nice. But they assured me that the way the toe camber bolt was safe and " in the norm" to do.
In my mind they incorrectly corrected the camber issue by spinning the bolt over the lip.
that does not bother me as much as the tire rubbing on the fender lip. It is embarrassing since it never happened before.
They gave me cash back for the alignment.
