Check it out in a few months. Canada is supposed to get this little hatch.

Sadly the hatch is not destined for US shores. I'd expect the front end of this to give us insight into the next CLA sedan

I wonder what the glare and sunlight reflections are like on those electronic displays without a hood over them.

Nice evolution of the current gen. Front nice, interesting display, but interior looks cheap still. To be seen up close...

i wonder how it looks with default 2 x 7" screens... all pics are 2x 10" screens.

In general it looks from good to excellent, but darn they have torsion beam axle for two smaller engines, only top engine gets multilink at the back? Wtf Mercedes? This is expensive small hatch, not cheap one. Japanese did this but even they got smarter, and in any case, were much cheaper vehicles at those times.

Cost-containment at its finest. Perhaps this was a requirement from Renault-Nissan(-Mitsubishi), which I assume will eventually be sharing this platform?

I thought Nissan has to cancel on the platform sharing deal? Nissan Halts Joint Development with Mercedes

In any case, the hatchback, to a quick resemblance, reminds me of the current Forte 5.

I did not see that.

But that is a late cancel from Nissan / Infiniti and the MFA2 platform that underpins the new A-Class was long-finished engineering development -- with MB and Nissan requirements. Even if Infiniti does not use the MFA2 platform, it is already complete.
