I love Malcolm Gladwell and just listened to his Revisionist History podcast episode called "The Blame Game" which spends about 45 minutes looking back (through a different lens) on the Toyota/Lexus "unintended acceleration" issue. It's a really good episode and was interesting to hear some additional facts that I don't remember hearing about or reading as it was going on.

In classic Gladwell fashion, he has a very different take on what actually happened. Highly recommend listening to it when you have some time during a drive.
